All features, timelines, and services are subject to change based on client needs and system configurations. Refunds are only issued in accordance with agreed contractual milestones. Refund Policy - the basics

Refunds are only available if agreed project milestones are not met, as outlined in the signed contract. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the missed milestone. Custom development and setup fees are non-refundable.
